A lightweight matching flow: developers publish a public skills profile, recruiters browse/search those profiles, then messages require admin approval before sending.

How it works

  1. Create account: choose Developer or Recruiter and verify email.
  2. Developer setup: complete profile (location, work preference, bio) and add grouped skill ratings.
  3. Public profile: each developer gets a tokenized public profile URL to share.
  4. Recruiter browse: recruiters view open-to-work developer profiles and skill summaries.
  5. Safe outreach: recruiter messages are queued and require admin approval before delivery.
