Industrial hardware integration in Perth
Connect equipment and devices to the software your team uses. We develop applications that read device data, record field activity and move information into business systems.

Automate the handoff to industrial equipment
For a Perth printing company, we built a C# application and database that monitored order files from an existing system and converted them into JDF job files for industrial printers.
The integration passed orders into the print scheduling system automatically, replacing a manual conversion step. Similar work starts by understanding the formats and interfaces the equipment supports.
Record asset inspections with NFC and RFID
Existing applications for mining and healthcare used NFC/RFID tags to identify assets, then recorded an inspection against the item in a central database. Staff could review asset status and identify items still requiring inspection.
The application links the device reading to the actual workflow. For mapped inspection records, see IHTMaps.
Integrate the device with the application
Other work can involve USB or Bluetooth scanners, GPS input, video capture, data logging or control interfaces. The feasibility and scope depend on the hardware protocol, device platform and vendor access.
Send the equipment model and a description of what needs to happen. We can review the connection alongside the software development required.
