Block model viewer for mining teams

Load a CSV block model export and orbit it in WebGL. The file is parsed in your browser and never leaves your machine, so it suits quick inspection, QA and reviews away from your desktop geology seat.

Load files

Block model CSV Columns are detected by header name, so most regular block model CSV exports load as-is. A synthetic gold deposit is loaded by default and rotates slowly until you interact with it.

Supported formats

Named columns - any CSV with X / Y / Z (or East / North / RL, centroid columns) and a grade column such as AU, CU, FE, AG, or GRADE. Block dimensions (DX/DY/DZ, XINC/YINC/ZINC) are used when present.
Typical CSV block model exports from GEOVIA Surpac, Maptek Vulcan, Datamine, Micromine, Seequent Leapfrog Edge, and Hexagon MinePlan load via the named-column detection above.
@X,@Y,@Z,…,@AU,@CU - at-prefixed exports; rendered with the default block size below.
id,x,y,z,dx,dy,dz,…,au - positional exports with per-block dimensions.

Optional legend / notes file If you have a matching text file with grade ranges or export notes, it will be shown in the side panel.

Default block size for formats without `dx/dy/dz`

Colour runs from blue at lower grade through green to red at higher grade, stretched so mid grades stay readable. If your export doesn't load, send us a sample header row and we'll add the format.

Loading demo deposit

The page starts with a synthetic gold deposit: a dipping lode with high-grade shoots. It illustrates how a block model reveals grade distribution and geometry, rather than representing a resource estimate. Loading your own CSV replaces it.
