Make your existing systems useful to an assistant
Important information often lives in internal portals, databases and older business applications. Staff may have to open several systems to answer one question. An MCP integration exposes specific operations as tools an assistant can call.
A first project might search records, retrieve approved information or prepare a summary from a system your team already uses. Existing work includes an MCP server enabling Claude to query internal systems in a large organisation.
Design the access alongside the tools
The tools need clear inputs, predictable outputs and authentication suited to the source system. We work through user permissions, logging and error handling as part of the integration.
Read access and actions that change business data need different treatment. For actions, we agree the approval boundaries and verification required before enabling them. The pilot scope defines what the assistant can access and perform.
Work with the systems you already have
The source might be a SQL-backed application, a Microsoft 365 workflow, an engineering system or an older operational portal. We build adapters where an existing API does not provide the interface the assistant needs.
